Information for Owners

Our centre is run by highly experienced therapists, skilled in rehabilitating even the most challenging cases. If you’re unsure which therapy your pet may need, simply contact us — we’ll be happy to discuss your pet’s individual needs and recommend the most suitable approach.

We understand that physiotherapy or hydrotherapy for dogs and cats can feel a little daunting at first — for both pets and owners. That’s why we always work at a pace your pet is comfortable with, taking the time to build trust and ensure each session is positive, progressive, and effective.

Referral Process

We only treat animals referred by an MRCVS veterinary surgeon, along with a full clinical history when required. This is a straightforward process:

• You can download our referral form and send it to your vet for them to forward to us.

• Or, if you prefer, we can handle this process for you.

 

During Treatment

Once your pet begins treatment, you’ll receive:

• Regular progress reports

• Copies of your pet’s at-home physiotherapy plan
  If you ever have questions about a report or exercise plan, you are welcome to contact us at any time.

 

Finding Us

When you arrive, please park in one of the free spaces. We’re located in the building at the far end of the car park with the yellow rails outside the door — just look for our sign.
If your dog is reactive, please remain in your car and your therapist will come out to meet you.
